The petronas ad for CNY is so nice. with a few grandmas boasting bout their children’s success in hokkien. but what caught my attention was the final grandma…she’s walking towards his son’s car and she suddenly i felt that her back is so familiar…so similar to my ahma…oh dear i really miss her a lot…

chinese new year this year seems so boring to me no doubt i will be enjoying a full week break. plus another week of mid term break. yet…i felt that i’m having too much as nothing much to do at home…herm….oh i miss school, miss my youths, miss ntlp, miss all the funny juniors, miss frens abroad…and during chinese new year everyone seems so busy visiting and celebrating….yeah maybe i’m just not in the mood. nothing to blah today…hopefully can meet some frens online that i can chat with.

Happy chinese new year to all! God bless!

Finally the big day is over. we had our New Tune Live Performance (NTLP IX) in DECTAR UKM for the very 1st time. wow…it was..great! all glory to God alone as i know without His blessings we wont be able to do it.

ya thousands of apologies for those who came cos we couldnt provide a comfortable environment due to electricity breakdown. luckily the whole thing is still able to carry on. i couldnt describe how i felt even till now. its wonderful to be able to perform on DECTAR’s stage before i grad. when i 1st enter DECTAR when i was in 1st year, i thought i would only be there during MMM, exam, convocation. (and yeah, maybe PT). but now, i myself performing in NTLP! a bit unbelievable…hehe…thanks for those who has given me the opportunities to play. and lots of thanks to ah thum for completing the lyrics, and jian lee for letting my song in. "After 2 days" is a piece that i treasure a lot, not because of the background story or musical line, but because of those who trusted me and those who persevered in playing this song (though i always ngam them…). you know who you are, thanks!

am very thankful for the blessings of talents even among the juniors. seeing more than a thousand people watching us from afar, sitting in the hot and uncomfortable hall yet eager to see our songs performing one by one…man..i’m so touched! a big thank you for all those who supported us financially, mentally and physically being a part of the show either on stage, back stage or being the audience. thanks for believing in us and giving us opportunities to perform our songs. till then, see you in NTLP 10!!!
